ECG device is discovered by the software, but when you click on the button "Start examination" nothing happens.
Check your antivirus or firewall settings

Perhaps the antivirus or the firewall of your computer has blocked reading from ECG device.

To fix this situation, you need to open Windows Control panel, select "Windows Firewall" to open the settings window select the link "Allow a program or feature through Windows firewall".
Next, click "Allow another program...", select the program file "Dynamic Tech Device Driver" in the opened Explorer window (by default: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Dynamic Technologies\<name of your complex>\dnahost.exe"), and when the line "Dynamic Tech Device Driver" appears in the table "Allowed programs and components", it is necessary to mark three checkboxes – next to the name "Dynamic Tech Device Driver", in the column "Home or work network" and in the column "Public networks". After that, you should close the firewall settings window by clicking "OK".

If any other antivirus/firewall is installed on the user's computer, it is necessary to configure it so that it does not block the network capabilities of the "Dynamic Tech Device Driver" program. How to do this should be written in the operating instructions of this antivirus/firewall.
